Assessment Results
Build clarity before you build anything
Based on your responses, starting execution now would produce rework. The gaps below — decision authority, budget, alignment — need to be in place before a strategic engagement makes sense.
What needs to be in place first
Decision authority confirmed
A clear decision owner — CEO, Owner, or CMO with budget authority — is identified and available to participate. Decision by committee without a clear lead slows everything down.
Budget allocated
Minimum $10K–$12K for Brand Foundation (positioning, messaging architecture, visual identity). Not allocated yet is fine — but it needs to be approved before scope begins.
Executive participation available
Leadership can commit to a positioning workshop and the approvals required at key milestones. Strategic work requires executive input — it cannot be delegated entirely.
Priorities agreed internally
Marketing, sales, and leadership agree on what the constraint is. If your team disagrees on whether the problem is strategy or execution, that conversation needs to happen first.
